Professional B2B Agreement Terms

1. Payment & Quotation Terms

  • Validity: Quotation valid for 7 days. Request a new quote if expired.
  • Bank Transfer: Use the invoice beneficiary name. Payment confirms in 2–4 days.
  • PayPal: A 4.15% handling fee applies.
  • Transfer Fees: Please select “sender pays bank fees.” Any shortfall must be covered after confirmation.

2. Delivery & Tracking

  • Orders ship within 5 working days after payment.
  • FedEx is the default courier unless otherwise requested.
  • A tracking number will be shared once shipped.
  • Provide a full name, phone, address, and zip code, no P.O. boxes.
  • Incorrect or unclear addresses may incur extra delivery costs.
  • For third-party forwarding, tracking is valid only up to the provided address.
  • Any duties or local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Product and Warranty

We provide the cable needed to connect the adapter to your indoor unit if required. However, the power cable and CAT cable are not included and should be arranged by you.

To support eco-friendly practices, we only offer digital manuals in PDF format, accessible via the QR code printed on the product label. You can also find setup help through our official YouTube guide.

Depending on your air conditioner model, multiple connection solutions may be available. If one setup doesn’t work, we recommend trying an alternative option, such as an IR-based solution.

Please note that the adapter is not an exposed external part. Minor surface scratches may appear during testing or shipping — this is normal and does not affect performance or warranty.

Each adapter is custom-built and not formally certified. We recommend inspecting your unit once a year; if you notice any deformation or damage to the casing, stop using it immediately and contact us for assistance.

While we strive for broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee 100% that the adapter will work with every air conditioner model. If it doesn’t match your system, you’re free to return it.

All products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Tampered adapters or those with damaged logos, labels, or opened casings.
  • Products missing a serial number or purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Non-quality-related issues reported after 30 days of purchase.
  • Free, lost, or stolen items, or products without proof of purchase.

4. Installation & Safety

  • Use cold-pressed or tin-lined wire ends for safe connections.
  • Follow the manual carefully to avoid electric shock or damage.
  • User is responsible for personal and property safety.
  • We are not liable for issues or errors during installation or use.

5. Return & Repair

  • Return the product first; shipping and remittance fees are not refundable.
  • Refunds are made via PayPal or credited to your next order.
  • Within warranty, faulty items are replaced free after return.
  • Replacements ship with new orders unless separate shipping is paid.
  • After warranty, repair or replacement may incur service and shipping fees.
