Refund and Returns Policy for Dropair

At Dropair, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from Dropair within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of sale
  • Digital products or services
  • Items that have been installed or used

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@dropairs.com to inform us of your intention to return an item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

4. Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, you may place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or refund.
