Fair and Transparent Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from Dropair within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of sale
- Digital products or services
- Items that have been installed or used
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact: Email hello@dropairs.com with your order details.
- Authorize: Get your RA number and return instructions.
- Pack: Securely repack the item with all accessories.
- Ship: Send it back as directed. Shipping costs apply unless our error.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, you may place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or refund.
